Instructions
Prepare the mixture
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, egg, milk, ketchup, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Shape the meatloaf
Form the mixture into a loaf shape and place it in a greased baking dish or loaf pan.
Add topping
Mix ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard. Spread on top of the meatloaf.
Bake
Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 45–55 minutes until fully cooked. Let rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing.
Serve with: rice, mashed potatoes, or vegetables.
