Creamy Cajun Chicken Stuffed Shells

Instructions :

  1. Start by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside to cool slightly.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, Cajun seasoning, and heavy cream. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
  3. Take each cooked pasta shell and fill it generously with the creamy chicken mixture. Place the stuffed shells in a baking dish.
  4. Pour the marinara sauce evenly over the stuffed shells, ensuring they are well covered. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on top.
  5. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes. After 25 minutes, remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  6. Once finished, remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving. Enjoy these delicious creamy Cajun chicken stuffed shells as a comforting meal!
