Bang Bang Chicken Fried Rice – Sweet, Spicy & Seriously Addictive

Ingredients :

For the Chicken:

  • 1½ lbs boneless chicken breasts, cubed
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • For the Bang Bang Sauce:
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup Thai sweet chili sauce
  • 1–2 tbsp sriracha (adjust to spice preference)
  • 1 tbsp honey (optional, for added sweetness)
  • For the Fried Rice:
  • 3 cups cooked jasmine rice (preferably day-old)
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn, etc.)
  • 2–3 green onions, chopped
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
    Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil (for frying)
