Ingredients

For the Bowl

  • 4 oz 96% lean ground beef
  • ½ cup cooked cauliflower rice (or brown rice if preferred)
  • 1 cup shredded romaine lettuce
  • ¼ cup cherry tomatoes, diced
  • ¼ cup dill pickles, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons reduced-fat shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon finely diced onion

Light Big Mac Sauce (WW-Friendly)

  • 2 tablespoons nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon light mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon sugar-free ketchup
  • Splash of pickle juice
  • Pinch paprika
  • Pinch garlic powder

Mix all sauce ingredients until smooth.


Instructions

1. Cook the Beef

Heat a skillet over medium heat.

Add the lean ground beef and cook for 5–7 minutes, breaking it apart as it browns.

Season with:

  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Garlic powder

Cook until fully browned and no longer pink.
